Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ONsuVPN (referred to as this Service, we, or us) handles personal information through its mobile and desktop applications. We provide the service under principles of necessity, transparency, and data minimization while protecting user privacy within this policy.
When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect operational data needed to provide the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend routes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate device location. This data is used to: 1. recommend a suitable route based on ONsuVPN node distribution; 2. identify regional connection trends through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account-related messages.
We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. We do not share identifiable personal information with third parties except where required by legal process, regulation, user safety, fraud investigation, or entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process.
User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use physical, electronic, and access-control measures to reduce unauthorized access risk.
This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements, product changes, or business adjustments. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after publication of updates means you accept the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. If you have questions about privacy handling, contact the ONsuVPN team at [email protected].
