Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and ONsuVPN (the Service Provider) governing the download, installation, and use of this App.

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source extraction, text translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unknown components may affect app stability and security.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Within those functions, you are also bound by the respective terms of those providers.

The Service depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signals, carrier policies, or local network restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. When roaming internationally, confirm that you have an appropriate data plan and permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruption caused by battery depletion, device failure, operating system issues, or third-party network conditions is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate node and route information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by changes in such information. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version where necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service within a reasonable scope, after which you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ONsuVPN. Before purchasing, please read this refund policy and evaluate whether the plan fits your devices, network conditions, and usage needs.

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services are considered delivered once activated. Unless required by law or expressly promised by the platform, refund requests are not accepted.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test common websites, devices, and network environments through free allowance, demos, or trial access before buying a paid plan.

Customer Support: If you encounter installation, connection, or subscription issues, contact support. We will help troubleshoot and provide reasonable solutions.

Technical Issues: Some network or device conditions may affect the experience. We will try to resolve issues or provide alternative routes, but this does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital access rights are resold, shared, abused, or used for prohibited purposes.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy for business and compliance reasons. Changes take effect after publication on the website.

By purchasing and using ONsuVPN, you agree to follow this non-refund policy.

If you have questions about the refund policy, contact the support team for clarification.

The terms of this agreement may be updated periodically. Please review this page for the latest version; changes take effect upon publication. If you have questions about ONsuVPN service terms, email [email protected].
